How much are dues?
Effective January, 2013, annual dues are $270 year, but are billed $135 twice per year. This fee is assessed to each property in the development. $184 is used for general expenses and the remaining $86 is set aside for major capital improvements.
When are they due?
Bills are sent out twice per year. The first half dues are typically sent in the mail around June 1st and payable by July 1st. Second half dues are typically sent out around December 1st and payable by January 1st.
